Janet Stahle is a painter/printmaker with a M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Guelph. Her work explores a wide range of materials and techniques. Presently she is experimenting with “Tradigital” work that combines digital techniques with traditional methods of image making to produce both 2D and 3D artwork.
Janet’s art has been exhibited at the Art Gallery of Ontario, the McMichael Gallery, nationally and internationally. Her work has been featured in Canadian books, magazines and newspapers. She is a the recipient of numerous awards and is a retired faculty member in Fine Art at Nipissing University and Fleming College.
